Today I spent the afternoon writing perl stuff. For a break I decided to make a VERY VERY SIMPLE cpu benchmark program. Hey but then I just started learning perl!! You can download it here. NOTE… you need to have perl installed on your computer. You can get perl HERE. Anyway, the results, my desktop computer took 1 min, 4 secs and 46 msecs to run the test while my laptop took 2 mins, 5 secs and 7 msecs to run… quite a big difference huh? Look in the ‘misc.’ section if you want to know my computer’s specs. Tell me yours huh?
