Sound, sond, son, so, ssss…

There was supposed to be a PA training (apprenticeship) session in church today during the service, so I went up to the AV room, ready for it, and then guess what? Our trainer didn’t turn up for the whole service! Wonder what happened to him…weird…So I just stayed up there, assisting a bit, giving some advice, getting some advice. We couldn’t get a good signal from today’s speaker… It was like….he was really soft, and his input signal was really really low… So we boosted him up then….the dreaded sound – feedback… So we lowered it a bit, then I like went “Okay that’s a B flat above middle C, so if A is 440Hz then B flat must be between 440 and 2×241(middle C), that means between 440 and 482Hz….haha so we lowered 460Hz, and then YEAH!! there wasn’t anymore feedback.. Fear my feedback destroying skills!! (I seriously doubt that most of you guys understood what I just said tongue. If you didn’t understand, here’s the summary – I solved all the problems with my mighty and powerful brain wink. Hahahaha)

After the service I got back the wireless mics and closed up the AV room, and then guess what? Someone wanted to use it after that, so I had to REOPEN the WHOLE AV room, turn on ALL the equipment, projectors, computers, mixers, amps and all, and then OVERSEE what they were doing…..bleh…

I skipped BK class today. wassat

For some reason, I felt very tired today, so I got back home, turned the clothes and went to sleep… I woke up at 4.50pm, and then we went to Seremban to visit my grandfather…Listened to Samuel Barber (anyone knows who that is??) on the way there in the car.

We ate the same ol’ stuff (chinese restaurant) and then went back to my grandfather’s house and watched ‘Now See This’ and ‘Fear Factor’, in my opinion, a waste of time tongue.

I only got back a few minutes ago…

I wonder whether my school will be having perhimpunan tomorrow, it’s been canceled quite a bit of late (the more canceled the better)…

I guess that’s all for now, sorry for not putting up anymore of my writings of late, but sometimes it’s quite difficult to actually sit down and write in such a busy world. Don’t even talk about writing in school. I’ve finally found one place in school where I can write, the mushroom farm, so I guess I’ll be going there now to write/whatever…
